Delegates M. Poling and White move to amend the title of the bill, by striking the title and inserting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:
"A BILL to amend and reenact §18A-4-2, §18A-4-3, §18A-4-8 and §18A- 4-8a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to school personnel salary increases; increasing minimum salaries of public school teachers; increasing salary increment for principals and assistant principals; providing for certain class titles and pay grades; and increasing minimum salaries of school service personnel. "
